Valdora is a non-custodial, wallet-based interface designed to collect as little personal data as possible. We do not require account registration and do not perform KYC in connection with the Platform.
Blockchain data — including wallet addresses and transaction history — is public, immutable, and outside our control. We cannot alter or delete on-chain data.
On-chain data: public wallet addresses and transaction data when you connect a wallet or transact, read from the public blockchain.
Technical and usage data: when you visit the Platform we may process limited technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and approximate region, for security, performance, and analytics. See the Cookie Policy.
Voluntary contact data: if you contact us, join a waitlist, or subscribe to updates, we process the details you provide.
We do not knowingly collect special-category personal data, and we do not collect data from anyone we know to be under 18.
To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Platform.
To display balances, positions, and asset information by reading blockchain data.
To monitor for fraud, abuse, and security threats, and to comply with applicable law.
To respond to your enquiries and, where you have opted in, to send product updates.
Legal bases (where the GDPR or an equivalent regime applies): performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform, your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies and marketing), and legal obligations.
Service providers: hosting, analytics, infrastructure, and security providers acting on our instructions.
Third-party infrastructure: wallet connectors, RPC/node providers, oracles, and (for future cross-chain features) bridges, which process data under their own policies.
Legal and safety: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal data.
