1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how ZIGChain Foundation — incorporated on 25 April 2025 under registration number #420931, registered office Citrus Grove, Ground Floor, 106 Goring Avenue, George Town, PO Box 31489, Grand Cayman KY1-1206, Cayman Islands (“ZIGChain,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — handles information in connection with the Valdora website and application at valdora.finance (the “Platform”).

2. Our Privacy Posture

Valdora is a non-custodial, wallet-based interface designed to collect as little personal data as possible. We do not require account registration and do not perform KYC in connection with the Platform.

Blockchain data — including wallet addresses and transaction history — is public, immutable, and outside our control. We cannot alter or delete on-chain data.

3. Information We Process

On-chain data: public wallet addresses and transaction data when you connect a wallet or transact, read from the public blockchain.

Technical and usage data: when you visit the Platform we may process limited technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and approximate region, for security, performance, and analytics. See the Cookie Policy.

Voluntary contact data: if you contact us, join a waitlist, or subscribe to updates, we process the details you provide.

We do not knowingly collect special-category personal data, and we do not collect data from anyone we know to be under 18.

4. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Platform.

To display balances, positions, and asset information by reading blockchain data.

To monitor for fraud, abuse, and security threats, and to comply with applicable law.

To respond to your enquiries and, where you have opted in, to send product updates.

Legal bases (where the GDPR or an equivalent regime applies): performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform, your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies and marketing), and legal obligations.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Valdora Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent where required.

6. How We Share Information

Service providers: hosting, analytics, infrastructure, and security providers acting on our instructions.

Third-party infrastructure: wallet connectors, RPC/node providers, oracles, and (for future cross-chain features) bridges, which process data under their own policies.

Legal and safety: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal data.

7. International Transfers

We and our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for international transfers.

8. Data Retention

We retain off-chain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. On-chain data persists on the blockchain permanently and is outside our control.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect off-chain data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and you are responsible for the security of your wallet, keys, and devices.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law (including the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us through the channels available at valdora.finance. These rights cannot apply to immutable on-chain data.

12. Children

The Platform is not directed to, and may not be used by, persons under 18.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version; material changes may be notified on the Platform.
