Strategy Details

Curated by ZIG Markets with DeFa by InvoiceMate as deployment partner, this vault gives investors exposure to a diversified private-credit book combining short-duration PayFi factoring and regulated SME working-capital facilities across the GCC.

The strategy deploys USDC into short-duration factoring facilities backing licensed payment operators and into revolving working-capital lines extended to vetted SMEs across the UAE, KSA, and Oman. ZIG Markets works with DeFa to balance yield, duration, and counterparty exposure.

Returns are generated from real business activity. Licensed exchange houses and payment service providers access liquidity to bridge the gap between instant remittance settlement and fiat clearing, while SMEs draw on working-capital facilities to manage supplier payments, order cycles, and receivables gaps. Repayment comes from verified business cashflows, not market speculation. The vault earns yield through agreed financing fees and spreads, net of operational and credit management costs.

This is the higher-yield, higher-variability counterpart to the Core Income Vault. It targets stronger return potential by accepting broader exposure across private credit structures, borrower types, and facility durations.

What it is and is not

This is a higher-yield real-economy private credit strategy backed by verified receivables, licensed payment infrastructure, and SME business cashflows across regulated GCC markets.

It is not token-price speculation, not a leverage loop, and not market-directional trading. Yield is sourced from financing activity tied to operating businesses, not from trading performance or token appreciation.

How it works

PayFi factoring

Capital is deployed into short-duration factoring facilities backing licensed exchange houses and payment service providers across the GCC and South Asia. These facilities bridge the gap between T+0 remittance settlement and T+24 to T+72 fiat clearing, with repayment following the underlying clearing cycle.

SME working-capital facilities

Capital is deployed into revolving working-capital facilities extended to vetted SMEs across the UAE, KSA, and Oman, originated through a regulated P2P lending infrastructure with proprietary credit modeling.

Diversification across borrowers, sectors, and jurisdictions

Capital is allocated across a wide pool of counterparties and facility types, reducing reliance on any single borrower, sector, or market. Short tenors limit time at risk and multi-jurisdiction exposure limits single-market dependency.

Active allocation

ZIG Markets actively allocates across the available opportunity set, tilting toward facilities with stronger risk-adjusted return potential while managing duration and concentration.

Technology-enabled verification and monitoring

DeFa by InvoiceMate uses receivables verification, tokenization, and risk-scoring infrastructure to support underwriting, traceability, and ongoing monitoring. Real-time yield streaming, utilisation reporting, and onchain share accounting provide continuous visibility into portfolio performance and capital deployment.

Roles

ZIG Markets acts as Curator, setting the strategy, allocating capital, sourcing opportunities, and overseeing counterparties.

DeFa by InvoiceMate acts as deployment partner, originating and managing private-credit opportunities across PayFi factoring and SME working-capital infrastructure in the GCC and South Asia.

Valdora wraps the strategy in an audited onchain vault, issues transferable vVaultOC shares to investors seeking exposure, reports AUM onchain, and applies a 0% performance fee. Yield reaches you in full.

Withdrawal Mechanics

The vault has a redemption period of up to 60 days.

Capital is deployed into rolling short-duration facilities aligned to underlying invoice and working-capital cycles, typically 60 to 120 days, so withdrawals are request-based. Your vVaultOC shares are burned at request time and the payout is locked in at the current share price. Requests are settled first from incoming deposits, meaning new deposits pay exiting users before anything is forwarded to the strategy, then from recycled facility repayments as underlying facilities repay.

In normal conditions, redemptions may be fulfilled earlier if sufficient liquidity is available. During periods of higher utilisation or lower liquidity, redemption timing may extend toward the upper end of the 60-day period. Payouts are pushed to your address, so no claim transaction is needed.

Risk Information

This vault is designed for investors seeking higher return potential and willing to accept higher variability than lower-risk income strategies.

The primary risks include borrower and counterparty default, delayed repayment, invoice non-payment, servicing and execution risk, concentration risk, originator risk, regulatory and jurisdictional risk across the markets and structures used, operational risk, and liquidity timing. These risks are managed through short tenors, receivable verification, borrower and facility diversification, licensed counterparty selection, counterparty due diligence, exposure limits, ongoing monitoring, and ring-fencing of investor capital from operational risk where applicable.

Returns are indicative, not promises. The figure shown may vary based on facility utilisation, repayment behaviour, defaults, and operational execution. Liquidity is conditional on underlying facility cycles. Capital is at risk, and returns are not guaranteed. USDC is issued by Circle; issuer-level address freezing is a general risk of holding USDC, not specific to this vault.
